Kismuppie

Dear readers,

As you have probably noticed, this blog is getting a little bit slow, because my Mummie posted a lot of nice stories with beautiful pictures. Therefore I have created a new blog where you can read about my adventures in 2010:

CHRISTMAS EVE, 2009

Hello, I have a new story for You, my dear follower or new visitor of my blog. :-) Have I made you extremely curious? Well, then keep on reading. As we had been preparing for Xmas for a while, my parents designed 2 Xmas cards to the relatives, friends and colleagues. We hope that everybody received them. If we forgot about somebody who had expected a card from our family, sorry. Anyway, here they are. Nice, aren`t they?

My parents bought the pine tree in Dunafoldvár on 23rd Dec and Daddy put it into its pot immediately. When I woke up from my afternoon nap, I was really surprised to see a real tree in our living-room. I was happily walking towards it to have a closer look at it.

Mummy had already prepared my Xmas plate well before Christmas...

...and I also had a long-sleeved T-shirt with the same motive which I was made to wear on Xmas Eve. Look! Isn`t it cute? I`m dancing in the picture to some Xmas carols. :-) `Jingle bells, jingle bells...`

Then I`m helping with decorating the house. `Hey, Daddy! Where shall I put this cute little Santa Claus?`

Here is our nicely-decorated Xmas tree. I like it. It can be seen from the dining-room, too.

But to be honest, in real life it looks much more colourful with all the brownish-goldish ornaments, tinsels and straw decorations. There is a box of candies underneath. And, of course, the presents were put there later.

Look at that pile of gifts! It`s all mine!!! They are from my Dutch relatives, my parents and my Hungarian Grandmother.

I got some new DVDs, books, phones, clothes, a drawing board, clothes, etc. for Xmas. It took a long time to unwrap all the presents. Anyway, thank you!
Most of the time I needed some help to unwrap the presents, but I think everybody enjoyed giving me a hand.

After opening all my presents, we had some nice photos taken, I fed my brandnew doll... and then it was MY turn to have dinner after the busy afternoon and evening.

For dinner Mummy made me some fish sticks with potato and carrots. I had a nice seating card, too. Look! Here it is.

I also ate some dessert: Oma`s slagroom pudding. It was delicious! `Op is op`, said Grandma when the bowl was empty.

I had my bath with Daddy after the delicious dinner. Then we put some body lotion on my skin. I liked it a lot! You know, it`s never enough of spoiling a lady. :-)

After I had been put into bed, my parents, my grandmothers and Uncle Peter had their Xmas dinner, which was fish soup and breaded fish with patatoes.
It was a nice evening for everybody, especially for me. My big brothers came to us on 25th Dec, so the present giving and getting ceremony along with the home cooking was on that Friday.
OK. That`s all for now. Bye!

My first birthday

Hi, Here we are with the next story. :-) It`ll be about my first birthday, which we celebrated on 17th December. Thank you for the cute birthday cards we got from the relatives and friends. :-)
It was a nice day. As it had been snowing all night long, our house looked even more fantastic. Look at the photos! Deep snow everywhere... The temperature was below -10 degrees C.

Here I am, the FRUIT of my parents` love. :-) This year has passed so quickly... Last year I was still in Mummy`s tommy... And now? I`m walking around my parents...
I was looking forward to my first birthday. I was curious how we would celebrate it and what kind of presents I would get.
In the morning (17th DEC) Mummy made me wear some nice clothes. Willy! Can you remember them? Now I`m big enough to wear them. :-) /Then Uncle Peter and Oma Beppie joined us and put the nicely-wrapped presents around me.

I unwrapped them one by one, although sometimes I had to ask for some adult`s help.

Then I happily played with my new toys and the colourful books. I got Snowwhite and the 7 dwarves, educational wooden toys, puzzles, DVDs, some clothes, ... Thank you for the nice presents again! It`s great to be the youngest in the family!!! I get lots of love, attention and presents!

After the morning celebration I was out in the fresh air for a while.

At around 5 in the afternoon my real birthday party started. Mummy and Daddy prepared some pink and white balloons; it was fun playing with them. Oh, and my clothes were changed...

All of a sudden I noticed my cake with a candle and fireworks and also some presents on the table.

My parents ordered me this cute, hen-shaped, cottage cheese cake for my first birthday.

I was really fascinated by watching the fireworks. It was fantastic!!! Meanwhile we were listening to a nice CD with birthday songs.

After that I was allowed to open my presents; I got a nice pink towel with a hood and some books from my parents and some cute bathing toys from Peter.
Then Mummy cut some slices of cake for everybody. It turned out to be delicious!

After eating a slice of cake I burnt some calories with Oma; we danced together in the living room. Oh, it was so nice!!! In the background Peter was busy with the photos and videos he took during the day.

Here is a family (an extended family:-)) photo of us taken by Oma in the evening. Look at the dwarves on the piano. They are cute, aren`t they?
It was a nice day. We`ll always remember my first birthday.
That`s all for now. I`m back soon with the Xmas story, OK? Have a nice day/evening! Bye!
