After arriving at the hospital at 6.30, around 17.00 the serious job is finally starting.

Mummy is sitting on a skippy-ball to rock left and right to stimulate me to go down a little bit.

After lots of waiting, daddy was finally allowed in the giving birth wing of the hospital, but the pre-condition was that he had to wear a nice green hospital gown.

They wanted to make sure that it could not be mistaken who was mummy.

And here I am!! At around 20.20, I was pulled out of mummy by the nurse and was put immediately on her chest.

After that the nurse washed me, but I found the water a little bit cold. That's why I made my first serious cry!

Then I was put on the scales and with my 3.3 kilos you can say that I am a healthy baby. My length was 52cm.

After weighing they wrapped me up as a present.

Kiekeboe!

Together with a proud daddy and mummy. They are so happy :-)))

Look! They put my name on my wrist as well; Daniella Elisabeth Deuss.

Together with daddy, I am jawning a little bit, because it was a long day.
Daniella: Welcome to your family and in to the big world!
ReplyDeleteMum and dad; you've did a fine job!
