Easter Monday (13th April)

On Easter Monday at around 10 Daddy's friends --Gerard, Miranda and Lisa-- came to visit us.


After offering them some coffee with vlaai, their cute little daughter was posing for the camera.



In the meantime Mummy got me out of the box and made me sit on her lap.


Then Lisa and Miranda came to me. First they were just watching me. Both of them were smiling at me.

I was a bit surprised as I had never seen such a cute girl who wanted to make friends with me before.

She had a nice, colourful crown. I will also have one when I'm a little bit older :-)

Then her mother touched me, but I didn't pay attention to her. I was only staring at Lisa. I was wondering if she chooses me to be her friend.

Oh, I liked her pink dress a lot. She got it from her father who bought it in Hong Kong.

Some minutes later she persuaded her father to have a closer look at me. They were playing with my little feet which I liked a lot, so I was smiling all the time.

By the way, have you already noticed that me and Mummy are both wearing orange?

She likes when we are wearing matching clothes :-)))

I think they liked me a lot. I haven't mentioned it yet that I got a nice present from them. It's a Dutch-speaking aeroplane bought in the Nijntje shop. I'll love it later!!!

As you can see it in the picture I got so exhausted that I fell asleep immediately after they had left.

Normally I can stay awake at least 2 hours after breastfeeding.

While I was sleeping, Mummy and Daddy visited the Intratuin in Stein.

On Easter Monday all the house and garden decoration shops are open in Holland and are crowded like hell.
Also the car shops are open, but as we just have a new car, there is no need for that.

In the Intratuin both Mummy and Daddy were trying the garden furniture. Mummy found a very nice and comfortable chair in this picture. .

Also she found some extremely cute house decorations, like this squirrel.

After the Intratuin, Daddy showed Mummy the "steinerbos" as a preparation for when I am grown up enough. It is a holiday park with plenty of cute houses in a nice environment (there are lots of these parks in Holland). And this one has a nice playground as well. Unfortunately it was closed this day.

This is the nice pond near the holiday houses and of course also Mummy is posing for Daddy. Do you see this loving gaze in her eyes?

In the afternoon Tilly visited us to get to know me a little bit. Tilly would babysit me the next day when Mummy, Daddy and Grandma would go to the party of my Great Aunt, Tilly.

She brought me a new toy and here Daddy is explaining to me how it works.

After his explaination I was able to operate the new toy by myself. I like it a lot and already played with it a lot.

But all the playing made me extremely tired. So not too long after I was asleep.

When Mummy noticed that, she brought me to bed and not too long after that the two cats of grandma conquered my box and wip chair.
