A hot day in Hungary

Hi, I'm back from my holiday in Holland. As the weather is still extremely hot in Hungary, we decided to put my new private pool on the terrace where I can cool down during the day. So yesterday Daddy inflated my colourful Nintje bathing-pool. Look! It's nice, isn't it? I got it from Jan and Marij last week.

I could hardly wait to try it out, but...

First I thought I would have to sit alone in it, that's why I started to cry.

Then Mummy also joined and I felt much better. We played together in the warm water of my private pool. As you can see, I have some cute ducks and other colourful see creatures from Willy and Jos.

In this picture I'm tasting one of the calorie-free crabs. :-)))When I was fed up with sitting, I stood up with Mummy's help.

After 20 minutes of bathing and playing, I got more and more tired. (My afternoon nap usually starts at 13.30)

First I rubbed one of my eyes, then both of them... So Mummy took me out of the water, wiped me with a towel and promised to go to the beach in the afternoon.

So when Daddy finished working at 5pm, we walked to the beach. Fortunately it's very close to our house. Mummy made me wear my new Nijntje swimming 'knickers' and Daddy wanted me to try the matching 'arm-bands'. (They're also from Jan and Marij)
