Family weekend in Slovenia: Day 1 (5th June)

Well, every year Beppie organises a trip to a nice spot where she invites her 2 sons, Peter and my Dad. Last summer also my Mum could join with me in her tommy; we flew to Portugal for some days and visited some nice towns.
This year we decided to go to Slovenia for a long weekend. Our first day was spent in Ljubljana.
We left Dunaföldvár at around 11 am. I was very relaxed; I entertained myself in the car.

At the border Mummy breastfed me... After eating I was very satisfied. :-)

The others went to the small restaurant of the petrol station to have a coffee and some cakes.

Then we continued our trip to the capital which is the largest city in Slovenia with its 300 000 inhabitants. Our accomodation was in a nice, 4-star-hotel in the city centre. After unloading the boot of the car, we checked in, went up to our rooms, Mummy changed my nappy and breastfed me, Daddy played with me, then we decided to go for a walk.

This is the main square called Presernov trg in the city centre with the castle up on the hill in the background. So we decided to walk there in order to get hungry by dinner time. It was a nice exercise to burn calories, especially for Daddy who had to push my pushchair. Everybody was out of breath, except for me. :-)))

While Mummy and Daddy were having fun, Grandma was looking after me. As you can see, I fell asleep.

While we were trying to find a nice restaurant in the city centre, Peter took some nice photos of Ljubljana with the evening lights on. (the River Ljubljanica and the Franciscan Church)

When everybody finished the delicious dinner, Beppie took me out of the pushchair and made me sit on her lap. I felt much better as I could see everything: the table, the passers-by, ... I could even taste a little bit of Beppie's sauce.
Well, the weather could have been better; we were about to leave the restaurant when it started to rain heavily. However, we didn't care. We had an umbrella and actually I was the one who didn't get wet at all.
When we got back to the hotel, Grandma played with me a little bit. Yes, that's part of my daily routine. Playing time before the bath... Although it was quite late in the evening, I was put into the big bathtub and Daddy gave me a bath.
Then after putting on my pyjamas and also the sleeping sack, I went to bed. We got a small baby bed, so I could sleep with my parents in the same room.
